The Neighbors Center is a 501-C3 not-for-profit organization licensed by the State of Missouri and is under the direction of a nine member Board of Directors, all of whom are volunteers. The Center provides temporary relief for the caregiver of a person who is homebound, elderly, or who has a disability. We provide adult day care for participants.
